This Website, www.vipvillasforyou.com, is offered to you upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, rules, policies, and regulations set forth below (collectively, "Agreement"). With your access of this site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms of Use") apply to the VIP Villas For You, LLC web site located at www.vipvillasforyou.com, and all associated sites linked to www.vipvillasforyou.com by VIP Villas For You, LLC, its subsidiaries and affiliates, (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is the property of VIP Villas For You, LLC ("VIP Villas For You") and its licensors. VIP VIllas For You reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or modify portions of this Terms and Conditions Of Use. By using the site, you agree to these terms of use; if you do not agree, do not use the site.
All text, graphics, logos, photographs, music, videos, and design on the www.vipvillasforyou.com web site is owned or licensed to VIP Villas For You and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. No part of this site may be copied, reproduced, or distributed to any other person, computer, website or any medium. All use of content requests must be in writing and receive VIP Villas For You express written consent prior to use.

Late Arrival and Failure to Check-In on First Night: If delayed or find that you cannot check-in to a Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club on the date of Reservation, please contact a VIP Representative immediately. If you fail to check in to your resort or hotel on the date of reservation and do not alert a VIP Representative, the remaining portion of your reservation may be cancelled and you may not be entitled to a refund, depending on the terms and conditions of the applicable Resort or Hotel. If you place a Reservation with a VIP Travel Agent and find that you are delayed or Fail to Check-In, VIP Villas For You, LLC does not guarantee any refund or compensation. All Late Arrivals and Failure to Check-in Policies are subject to the specific supplier and/or vendors Terms and Conditions.
Date Alterations: Please find that once a booking has been confirmed for a Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club Resort or hotel you may only make date alterations 121 Days or more in advance of the Reservation Date. Date alterations of 2-3 day movement can be done for Flight Changes. All alterations are subject to availability. Once a booking is confirmed through a VIP Travel Agent, all date alterations must be conducted through the specific supplier and/or vendor, not through VIP Villas For You, LLC. A VIP Travel agent will try to assist you with your alterations, however the date alterations can only be done by the authorized supplier and/or vendor.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 181 days or more in advance of the Reservation Date placed for a Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club Resort or Hotel will be refunded 100% booking cost. Cancellations made 180-121 days in advance of the Reservation Date placed for a Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club Resort or Hotel will be refunded 50% booking cost. Cancellations made 120 days or less from the Reservation Date placed for a Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club Resort or Hotel will result in a 0% refund. All Reservations placed through a VIP Travel Agent, will be subject to the specific suppliers and/or vendor cancellation policies. All reservations placed through a VIP Travel Agent are non-refundable unless Travelers Insurance is provided to you at point of sale. Travelers Insurance may be provided for an additional fee.
Special Needs: If special needs are required (wheelchair accessible room, etc), these needs must be communicated to VIP Villas For You, LLC prior to placing a Reservation. A VIP Representative or Travel Agent will communicate your special needs to the specific resorts to ensure a comfortable stay is possible. VIP Villas For You, LLC does not guarantee specific needs will be met. It is the responsibility of the Guest to contact the hotel and/or resort to verify special needs can be met.
Booking Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to place a reservation through VIP Villas For You, LLC.
Prices, Sale Prices, Special Offers: All prices advertised on www.vipvillasforyou.com are subject to change. All accommodation prices, sale prices, and special offers are based on availability and subject to change.
Charges For Tax: VIP Villas For You, LLC will charge your method of payment for applicable Taxes. VIP Villas For You, LLC operates in The State of New Jersey. The current New Jersey Sales Tax is 7%. 7% Sales Tax will be added to all transactions processed by a VIP Representative. All transactions processed through a VIP Travel Agent will be subject to the specific supplier and/or vendors taxes and fees.
Total Charges: The "Total Charges" that you will pay VIP Villas For You, LLC for rendering of services will be disclosed to you on the Book Now Payment Page, Email Confirmation Itinerary, and the Reservation Contract. VIP VIllas For You, LLC will not process a payment unless the customer "Acknowledges that he/she have read and Agree to the VIP Villas For You, LLC Terms and Conditions."
Resort and/or Hotel Regulations:
- Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club (LHVC) Resort Regulations. A) Absolutely no pets are allowed in the unit or on property grounds. This includes pets left in vehicles. Violations will result in charges for additional cleaning. B) There must be a responsible Guest of the traveling party of at least 18 years of age present for the entire duration of the vacation. Proof of age may be required. C) Only the person on the confirmation may check-in at the property. For any change to the check-in name, you must contact a VIP Villas For You Representative as soon as possible. D)Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club reserves the right to relocate a confirmed guest in alternative accommodations. E) Over Occupancy of the unit size confirmed will result in an upgrade fee and/or refusal of the extra persons from checking-in. F) Guests are responsible for actions taken by children and guests accompanying them in accommodations provided by Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club. G) Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club shall not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property for any reason. If any damage should occur while you are occupying the unit, you must notify the Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club customer service department immediately. You are responsible for any fees charged due to damage. H) Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club cannot guarantee the view from any units or the location of any units within the resort. Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club cannot guarantee a specific location or accommodation requested. I) Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club is not liable for any cost incurred due to a cancelled or rescheduled flight provided by an independent airline carrier. J) Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club guest policy: Any Guest requiring additional guest access to the resort must notify the customer service department 24 hours prior to arrival. All guests are subject to additional fees and Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club also has the right to refuse access or restrict access. K) Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club reserves the right to remove guests from the resort should their behavior be deemed unacceptable by the vacation club and other guests.
- All non-LHVC Hotel and/or Resort Regulations: All Non-LHVC Hotel and/or Resorts Regulations vary. A VIP Representative will provide clients with a specific resorts regulations upon request.
VIP Membership: A VIP Villas For You, LLC Membership guarantees you, the member, a set number and value of discounts as set forth in the VIP Memberships Definition.
VIP Membership Definition:
Bronze Membership price is $500.00 USD + Tax per Year*. Bronze members will receive a $50.00 USD Rebate** for each seven (7) night vacation*** booked, Rebate will be applied to a maximum of four (4), seven (7) night vacations. Seven night vacations may be booked concurrent and consecutive. Vacations must be booked and taken within the one year term of membership. VIP Rewards Free Vacation****: 7 night vacation at Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club in a Junior Suite Accommodation in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic or 7 nights vacation at the Grand Oasis Bavaro in a Junior Suite Accommodation in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Airport Transportation to and from POP International Airport and Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club is provided free of charge.
Silver Membership price is $1,050.00 USD + Tax per Year*. Silver members will receive a $75.00 USD Rebate** for each seven (7) night vacation*** booked, Rebate will be applied to a maximum of six (6), seven (7) night vacations. Seven night vacations may be booked concurrent and consecutive. Vacations must be booked and taken within the one year term of membership. VIP Rewards Free Vacation****: 7 nights vacation at Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club in a Penthouse Suite Accommodation, or two (2) 7 night vacations in a Junior Suite Accommodation in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic or two (2) 7 night vacations at the Grand Oasis Bavaro in a Junior Suite Accommodation in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Airport Transportation to and from POP International Airport and Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club is provided free of charge.
Gold Membership price is $1,650.00 USD + Tax per Year*. Gold members will receive a $100.00 USD Rebate** for each seven (7) night vacation*** booked, Rebate will be applied to a maximum of eight (8), seven (7) night vacations. Seven night vacations may be booked concurrent and consecutive. Vacations must be booked an taken within the one year term of membership. VIP Rewards Free Vacation****: 7 night vacation at Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club in a 2 Bedroom Presidential Suite Accommodation or three (3) 7 night vacations in a Junior Suite Accommodation in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic or three (3) 7 night vacations at the Grand Oasis Bavaro in a Junior Suite Accommodation in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Airport Transportation to and from POP International Airport and Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club is provided free of charge.
*Membership Price is paid in full upon purchase and is non-refundable. Membership must be renewed each year. No automatic renewal service provided. Members will be notified in advance of their renewal due dates.
**Rebates will be delivered to Member via Paypal Electronic Payment. Rebates will be sent to the Members Registered Email Address with VIP Villas For You. Applicable rebate will be paid to the member no later than twenty-one (21) days after the Reservation Check-In Date. Rebate can only be applied to 7 nights lodging accommodations. Rebates cannot be applied to cancelled vacations.
***Seven (7) night vacation is a hotel or resort lodging with a base fare minimum of $100.00 USD per night for 7 nights or any lodging accommodation at the Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club Resorts or Hotels for 7 nights.
****VIP Rewards Free Vacation is lodging accommodation only. All-Inclusive and Airfare are not included. VIP Rewards Free Vacation(s) become available to member once all rebates have been issued to member and/or once their membership rebates limit has been met. Free Vacation travel dates are subject to availability. Members may choose to pass on their VIP Rewards Free Vacation to friends and family.
VIP Rewards: VIP Rewards Free Vacation(s) are only available to current members. VIP Rewards Free Vacation(s) are only redeemable through VIP Villas For You, LLC. VIP Rewards Free Vacation is lodging accommodation only. VIP Rewards Free Vacation(s) are only redeemable after all rebated have been issued to member and/or after their membership rebates limit has been met. VIP Rewards Free Vacation(s) are subject to availability. VIP Rewards Free Vacations may be passed on by the member to friends and family.
Sign Up $25.00 Discount: $25.00 USD Sign Up Discount can only be applied when booking 5 nights or more at the Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club Resort and Hotels in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic or at the Grand Oasis Bavaro in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. $25.00 Sign Up Discount will be delivered to Guest via Paypal Electronic Payment. Discount will be sent to the Guests Registered Email Address with VIP Villas For You.
Flight Cancellations: All Flights booked through a VIP Travel Agent are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Optional Trip Protection Insurance may be provided for an additional fee. All Flights booked through a VIP Travel Agent are subject to the independent supplier and/or vendors terms and conditions.
Cruise Cancellation: All Cruise Accommodations booked through a VIP Travel Agent are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Optional Trip Protection Insurance may be provided for an additional fee. All Cruise Accommodations booked through a VIP Travel Agent are subject to the independent supplier and/or vendors terms and conditions.
Rent A Car: All Rent A Car reservations are processed via the VIP Travel Agent Department. All Rent A Car Reservations are non refundable unless otherwise stated. All Rent A Car Reservations are subject to the independent supplier and/or vendors terms and conditions.
Supplier Rules and Regulations: Purchases may be subject to additional terms and conditions based on the type of travel goods or services selected. Additional Terms and Conditions set forth by the Supplier will be disclosed to you upon purchase. You agree to abide by all supplier terms and conditions, including but not limited to payment of all amounts, products, services. Any violation of suppliers terms and conditions or rules and regulations may result in cancellation of your reservation.
